Mô tả công việc
- Set up marketing budget, submit it to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Help the director of the company to run and manage all marketing activities of the Company effectively;
- Develop plans, solutions and organize the implementation of the Company&039;s goals and policies for business and marketing activities.
- Report summarizing activities within the scope of responsibility.
- Planning an overall marketing strategy, 360-degree marketing
- Coordinate with other departments to accomplish the common goals of the company
- Guide, support and train marketing department staff and be responsible for all activities of the department.
- Be responsible within the assigned budget, have the right to approve revenue and expenditure within the assigned budget.

- P&L calculation skill is a must
- Organization skills and ability to work well with other departments
- Able & willing to constantly adapt to changing realities
- Overall understanding ecommerce market, especially B2C model
- Big picture mindset
- Good Communication, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- At least 5 years as the relevant role at big FMCG, Healthcare, Fashion, Cosmetics or [protected info], or at big performance agencies on the market
