Support to develop periodic human resource plans based on business plans.

Participate in supporting organizational development from time to time.
Maintain records and documents related to the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Implement necessary procedures for recruiting new personnel (build, update job descriptions, search, screen, receive and receive procedures).
Timekeeping, salary calculation, insurance, and other benefits for employees in the company.
Support the implementation of internal communication, connect members, and conduct entertainment activities for company employees.
