3. Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of solid experience in HR, with a strong foundation in C&B processes (payroll preparation, social insurance portals, and PIT).
• Proven track record in processing Work Permits, Visas, and TRCs for foreign employees in Vietnam is MANDATORY.
• In-depth understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Law on Entry/Exit of Foreigners, and Social Insurance regulations.
• Language: Business proficiency in English (for cross-department and BOD communication)

5. Working Time

• Working Time: From Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM.
• Work Location: Onsite at the Office.
