The health and safety of our employees and candidates is very important to us. Due to the current situation related to the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV), we're leveraging our digital capabilities to ensure we can continue to recruit top talent at HSBC. As your application progresses, you may be asked to use one of our digital tools to help you through your recruitment journey. If so, one of our Resourcing colleagues will explain how our video-interviewing technology will be used throughout the recruitment process and will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.

In this role, you will:
- Gain an insight into how we serve our customers, through a blend of digital platforms and solutions, as well as acting as the face of HSBC for our customers on the frontline in our Branches and Contact Centres.
- Be active in Wealth and Personal Banking and HSBC's community
- Accept feedback and guidance from the managers of the attachments and people managers with regards to the career development including attachments and destination roles
- Able to identify appropriate networking opportunities with the support of your manager.
- Sets own stretching objectives from the learning outcomes for each attachment with agreement with the assigned manager of the attachment
- Learn about our product offerings, how we position them in the market and the processes and strategies behind them, including how we protect the interests of our customers at all times.
- Prepare to accept attachments within different business areas to benefit from any available development opportunities.
- Responsible for own development with the support of the Direct Manager, Country Head of Wealth and Personal Banking Vietnam.
- Organising end of attachment feedback and sharing this document with managers of the attachments and the Direct Manager
Work closely with frontline and product partners so as to take appropriate action to counter market events and landscape changes
- Optimize operational risk mitigation vs. possible loss, ensuring compliance with all Group standards, manuals and regulatory environment guidelines
- Liaise closely with product providers to manage distribution relationships from business development perspective including sales support for branches, product training, commercial negotiations and customer events

- Be fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Diverse thinkers: Bringing new ideas to the table and sharing an enthusiasm for improving our services is welcomed by our teams in both customer-facing and head office roles. Your dedication to delivering projects efficiently and sticking to rules and regulations will be important
- Have the legal right to work in Vietnam
- Graduate with an undergraduate or post graduate Degree before 2022 in any discipline or equivalent from a recognised university in Vietnam or overseas. Currently hold a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA or overseas equivalent, with maximum 5-year full-time working experience.
