Implement environmental monitoring & measure labor environment yearly or when required
Safety management for employees & contractors such as training/ supervision/ recording/ reminding/ PPE applying and safety technical support as well.
Ensure that HSE plan is implemented, maintained and improved
Participating in the investigation and promptly report incidents, occupational accidents. Analyze and propose appropriate measures to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases.
Perform the safety report on safety labor, health the environment prescribed by the laws of Vietnam.
Conduct HSE training for newcomers and contractors.
Update the HSE Law of Vietnam and our group
Take overall HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Management for Distribution Centers
Be in charge of pest control service. Analyze the reports and make deviation report ... when needed. Quickly contact with service provider to correct the issue if it happens.
Participate all internal & external audits relating to HSE
Organize emergency case drills such as fire, first aid, chemical spill drill, etc and survey the root cause as well as guider for recording & correction.
