Human Resources Manager (HRM) is responsible for determining appropriate HR strategy & policy to optimize internal resources and support business development. S/he builds annual action plan, supervises and directly executes HR activities, including but not limited to: recruitment, C&B, training, performance evaluation and development... HRM is also responsible for building and strengthening corporate culture, make sur Company's employees share the same values and collaborate to achieve common goals.
Be responsible for determining HR strategy and policies
• Advise Company BOD on strategic decision related to HR fields
• Determine HR strategy in terms of benefits, talent acquisition and development, team organization and performance evaluation
• Understand business strategy, suggest organizational structure and staff assignment to support business model and business development
• Draw up HR policies. Lead project related to system and policy building
In charge of HR activities
• Execute HR operational activities such as: recruitment,
• Organize Company events in a creative way
• Based on HR strategy and annual business goals, build HR action plan
• Build performance evaluation scheme and follow the implementation. Suggest performance development procedure, prepare sustainable labor force of the Company through career development & succession planning
• Build annual training program and organize training courses.
Build healthy & strong corporate culture
• Define Code of behaviors.
• Manage internal relationships.
• Organize creative campaigns and continuously train employees on required behaviors and right mindset at work, to ensure all the team members share the same understanding of Company's values and spirit
• Work with Company BOD to determine core values and ethics code of the Company
