• Provide test performance characteristics which include test coverage, programming/calibration functions, automation, repeatability, reliability, safety, ergonomics and supportability. Able to articulate ideas, concepts and concerns effectively to both internal as well as external customers.
• Plan and maintain the ICT system; change control, as well as facilitate the development, enhancement evaluation, testing and implementation of new software/hardware releases depending on customers' needs.
• Working with ICT vendor to keep the ICT testers up to date with the latest revision of test software and communicate any tester issues with ICT vendor.
• Develop and debug ICT program & fixture for NPI based on customers specification and requirements.
• Conduct the Design for Test (DFT) analysis based on schematic and PCB accessibility study to enhance in-circuit test coverage. Provide direct support for the introduction of new test fixtures and programs including DFT analysis and conformance to all DFT requirements from internal/external specifications and customer documentation.
• To provide training and guidance to all test personnel (operating through support engineering).
• Responsible for the design & development of In-Circuit Test (ICT) programs for the Agilent 3070 and TRI ICT Platform.
• Collaborate with NPI/sustenance engineers to ensure the stability of program and fixture, and to improve test time & coverage. Perform Test Strategy Simulation Analysis for the customer.
• Manage all aspects of test development services including requirements, the definition of deliverables, documentation, technical support, initial quotation, schedule delivery, verification and deployment.
• Perform electrical circuit analysis/design, software development, debugging and installation of ICT systems.
