Mô tả công việc
- Solve computer hardware problems and e-mail, Internet, dial-in and network access problems.
- Handle problems related to computers, software, network equipment, transmission lines in the company.
- Identify, diagnose, and solve problems for users of personal computers, computer software and hardware, networks, and the Internet within the company.
- Manage service providers
- Upgrade, install and troubleshoot network connections, network equipment hardware and software.
- Perform computer hardware repairs, PC computer equipment and peripherals that are not covered by third-party service providers.
- Provide ICT support for corporate events.
- Propose maintenance plans, system upgrades, service changes according to the company&039;s development requirements and applying IT in work.
- Propose and participate in software and IT development projects for company and departments; Research, and advise the Board of Directors on information technology applications in work to increase productivity.
- Provides end-user installation and configuration support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Develop, modify and maintain ICT/IS policy plans; Directly advise the board of directors on the ICT field.
- Troubleshoot computer problems and provide end-user support.
- Identify and negotiate with vendors for ICT operations and support services.

• Requirements:
- Ability to speak English or Japanese for business communication.
- Able to explain technically complex topics in plain language.
- University graduated.
- Willing to contribute to achieving company targets (not only individual or department ones) Good health
- Able to influence other members in a constructive way
- Working place: Ba Thien II Industrial Park, Thien Ke Commune, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province.
- Experienced in Japanese company people is priority.
- Working time: Admin hour
- This position holder works closely with Sr Management. The successful candidate must have not only technical knowledge but also good diplomatic skills
- Salary will be negotiable.
- Male
- Minimum 2-3 years ICT experience.
Day off: Public holidays, Sundays and 2 Saturdays/Month
- Means of Transportation: Company bus for Ha Noi - Vinh Phuc- Ha Noi route.
