JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor the status of damaged equipment and components, replace and repair kits (Laptop, Desktop) for employees.
- Backup user data (email, work data), server data (SQL database, etc.)
- Monitor, handle network equipment and computer infrastructure incidents (Internet, LAN, Wireless Transmitter, Camera, network equipment, fiber optic cable, copper cable, etc.).
- Support creating/deleting/adjusting user employee credentials such as System account and employee data transfer.
- Support users related to software applications and data.
- Perform other tasks as requested by IT Leaders.
- IT Asset Management.
- Set up a new computer for employees including installing software and operating system.
- Handle computer-related errors (computers, printers, UPS, IP phones, monitors, etc.)
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENT:
- Be required knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
- Degree: University/ College, majoring in
Information Technology (IT) or relating majors.
- Working experiences in IT positions is a plus.
- Be required knowledge of computer hardware and network systems.
