For Junior Level:
Understand and have experience with Android Permission, Data Persistent (SharedPreferences, File, SQLite). Understand the Server-Client model.
Have experience with collection views (like ListViews) and adapters (default and custom).
Understand Activity & Fragment and their lifecycle. Understand and have experience with Android Application components (Activity, Service, ContentProvider, Broadcast).
Understand different screen sizes and densities.
Understand android SDK and IDE. A basic understanding of layouts and views.
Have a well-rounded knowledge of the basic syntax and programming structures of Java/Kotlin (variables, lists, loops, control structures, and object-oriented concepts).
At least 1 year of experience in professional Android development.
For Middle level:
Experience with RxJava, RxKotlin, Coroutines
Experience with Multi-module Gradle & Android applications
From 2 years of experience in professional Android development.
Experience with Dagger2/Hilt
Experience with Retrofit2 Good knowledge of MVVM, MVP, OOP
Experience with Kotlin + Java
Experience with material design
For Senior Level:
Experience custom views
From 4 years of experience in professional Android development.
Experience with Google Play Services API Strong Unit Test Good command of English
Strong knowledge of Collections, Multithreading, IO, Networking, Generics, Profiling, Securities
Strong Android development skills (3+ years of experience)
Strong knowledge of design patterns and architecture of the applications (SOLID, OOP, MVVM, MPV,...)
