Mô tả công việc
We are looking to hire an Executive Accountant that will be an integral part of our growing team. Candidates for Executive Accountant positions generally need at least 1-2 years of similar position experience (experience in E-commerce company, Trading company and SAP is preferred).
This role is responsible for payables for domestic vendors for merchandise purchasing (payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices) and some all non-Merchandise expenses.
Responsibilities
- Assemble invoices to be completed for payment
- Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
- Reconciling processed payments through verification of entries and other supporting documents to balances
- Type periodic reports and other records
- Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Preparing an analysis of accounts and other monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the payment process
Yêu cầu
- At least 1-2 years of experience from a similar position - Executive Accountant with SAP experience
- Audit Big 4 experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of e-commerce company and trading company
- Strong technical accounting background, Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, IFRS knowledge are a plus
- Experience working in financial systems software, including the general ledger and subledgers
- Strong at Excel - SQL and Power BI experience a plus
- Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team, with strong verbal and written and communication skills
- Ability to multi‐task in a fast‐paced, professional environment
