Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Logistics industry and is looking for a Tax Leader highly qualified candidate for the position at the moment.
Working location: District 2, HCMC
Working time: Monday - Friday and Saturday morning
Report to: Chief Accountant (Vietnamese) and CFO (Foreigner)
Overall responsible for all tax regulations and matters which are applicable to the company, including but not limited to CIT, PIT, VAT, WHT, house rental taxes.
Submit all tax related periodic ad-hoc to related government agencies
Prepare yearly CIT finalization
Review economic contracts
Work with tax authorities on taxation issues
Ensure all new tax regulations and updates are well informed to the management and applied accordingly
Ensure good practices & controls are recommended and implemented to minimize tax risk exposures for the company, to ensure robust tax position in accordance with tax law changes as well as business growth.
Provide tax guidance to related departments to ensure company's business practices stay compliant with local applicable regulatory requirements
Manage tax team, provide tax training to the team and the company
Follow with HQ tax team on the tax compliance assessment, tax planning, transfer pricing related
Ad hoc tasks assigned by managements

Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
At least 05 years of experience in tax field, Understand very well Vietnam tax regulations
2 years of experience in a team leader, manager position
Good communication and presentation skills, relationship building
Have scientifically and effectively both independence or team-working
Ability to identify, analyze and assess risks
Ability to work under pressure
Dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative at work
Language: English - proficiency in both writing and speaking
Able to travelling frequently
