Mô tả công việc
- Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
- Develop training aids such as presentation materials, handouts and tests.
- Manage training budget, implement financial procedures for training implementation
- Collaborate with specialized units to develop training frameworks/documents
- Management and maintenance of training facilities and equipment.
- Assess the company&039;s training needs by systematically analyzing and listing the training and development needs identified through the Performance Management process.
- Handling logistics for training activities.
- Monitor and report training results.
- Determine the return on investment of employees sent to training through exercises, reports, presentations and by gathering feedback from relevant departmental managers to ensure return on investment is reasonable.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in training and development.
- Design training program by month/quarter/year based on the company&039;s development strategies.
- Organize and monitor training courses according to the Training & Development plan.
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years of experience as an L&D or similar role in fast-pace companies.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Law or related field.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Preference candidates with experience working in e-commerce, IT files.
- Excellent in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Knowledge in the regulations and professional skills on social insurance, personal income tax law.
- Coaching & Training skills
- Fluent in English.
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
