 Ensure the implementation of the quality policy.
 Monitoring all work performed in the laboratory to ensure that all appropriate clinical information is provided.
 Directly report to the Clinic Director.
 Providing professional development programs and opportunities for staff to engage in scientific activities and other activities of specialized laboratory organizations.
 Managing laboratory services effectively, including budgeting and financial management as assigned by directors.
 Solving all complaint, requirements; suggestions from employees or customers used services.
 Providing clinical consultation related to testing selection, using laboratory services and explain test result.
 Cooperating with clinical departments to collect and process information regarding the laboratory technical expertise to maintain and improve test quality.
 Define, implement and monitor performance standards and improve the quality of health services.
 Communicating and solving troubles and disputes with patient, partners and vendors is any.
 Keep up to date medical knowledge to perform laboratory techniques regarding and including the Biochemistry, Microbiology, Hematology, Immunology, Molecular Biology tests.
 Ensure a sufficient number of qualified, trained and competent staffs to provide medical services to meet the operational needs of the laboratory and clinic.
 Acting as a medical staff if needed and accordant to help explain result to patients.
 Selecting and overseeing qualification of the reference laboratories.
 Updating regularly new regulations related to the operation of ISO 15189:2012 standard laboratory, Biosafety level 2 laboratory and all related regulation regarding the activities of laboratory to ensure accurately perform tests in accordance with current regulations.
 Communicating and working effectively with the testing quality accreditation organization, the local management authorities related to the laboratory&039;s activities.
 Establishing and applying a backup planning to ensure all necessary services of the laboratory are ready on the urgent case or services of laboratory are limited or not available; periodic check about backup planning.
 Ensure a safety laboratory environment in compliances of good practice and other appropriate requirements.
