Mô tả công việc
Update and implement all the new customs regulation, inform related functions of the new requirements accordingly.
Complain to LSPs, forwarders in terms of logistics quality and keep monitoring the status of action plan from LSPs, forwarders.
Calculation and checking of freight and handling costs to ensure they are in line with the group freight agreement.
Monthly report to function head: shipment status, logistic cost and complaint
Resolving daily operation issues as well as other company activities like FFQ, MOVE.
Co-ordinate with suppliers, customers and forwarders for vessel booking, fumigation process for export and confirmation.
Customs formalities (inbound and outbound).
Co-ordinate with other functions, plant management to prepare document to get import duty exemption for all investment, machinery and accessories.
Other tasks assigned by superior.
Update the shipment delivery status to warehouse and liase with forwarders, sub-contractors for shipment handling, loading and unloading service by crane or forklift.
Co-ordinate with suppliers, customers and forwarders to prepare shipping document.
C/O form application.
Preparation for post customs audit
Yêu cầu
Major subject: Business administration , Foreign trade or related major.
At least 5 years related working experience or above.
Good knowledge in customs, LSP/forwarder and freight management and experience working in logistics company in booking and shipment handling.
Good communication skills.
Good command in English and computer skills.
