Mô tả công việc

JOB PURPOSE:
  • Be responsible for the overall maintenance of the wind power plant systems,
  • Support Plant Manager to achieve safe, reliable and performance of the power facilities.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Be a member of Technical Competence Committee.
  • Specify and plan maintenance activities so as to cost effectively preserve the long-term integrity of the plant, whilst delivering plant availability in the short term to meet to business needs.
  • Supervise employment, training, and people management processes for Maintenance Team.
  • Maintain an optimum spare parts regime that balances the cost and availability of the spares against the potential plant losses due to their non-availability.
  • Support Plant Manager on managing LTMC between Company and Siemens and other contracts relating to capital work.
  • Collate information and technical data and accurately compile technical reports in support of departmental and businesses activities.
  • Any other tasks/projects as assigned by the Plant Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory requirements relevant to the power station operation and facilities by ensuring that all relevant systems, processes, and procedures are in place to manage the correct acquisition of required statutory licenses, permits and certificates.
  • Identify and implement maintenance, inspections, and outage strategies.
  • Continue improvement of maintenance such as procedure, PM review, RCA, critical spare parts, method statement, risk assessment, optimizations, ...
  • Achieve the Company KPI: EHS, performance, availability, reliability by developing Maintenance KPI.
  • Assess, evaluate, and provide the high-quality recommendations for the fitness of plant to remain in service.
  • Provide technical advice and support.
  • Manage maintenance planning by prioritizing plans and coordinating maintenance activities.

Yêu cầu

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Possess at least 2-3 years of working experience in Maintenance Management role in power plant or Oil/Gas industry.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory with its background of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or relevant majors, prefer master's degree.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
  • Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
  • Understanding of legal, health & safety and other regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of integrated maintenance management systems.
  • Good knowledge of the various engineering and maintenance procedures.
  • Good knowledge of work/maintenance management systems.
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Clear understanding of maintenance techniques and their applications on plant.
  • Good working knowledge of engineering and maintenance standards and procedures relevant to utility scale power plant, preferably wind power plant.
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet, Words, Power Point, WWW, and other MS Office software.
  • Knowledge of legal, commercial, and practical aspects of procurement, installation and commissioning of equipment.
SKILL/ABILITY REQUIRED:
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Ability to imagine how something will work after it is reworked or when its parts are moved or changed.
  • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupt at inappropriate times.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
  • Ability to determine the kind of resources and equipment needed to do a job.
  • Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
  • Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
  • Ability to coordinate and adjust actions in relation to others' actions.
  • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.
  • Ability to determine causes of operating errors and decide what to do about it.
  • Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
  • Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events);
OTHERS:

  • Ability to evaluate and assess future projects.
  • Good understanding of all contracts pertaining to maintenance.
  • Ability to delegate authority when needed.
