*Marketing and Market research
Market research
- Create concept and positioning for products in Vietnam market
- Conduct market, field surveys to evaluate new products as well as building appropriate sales programs
- Regularly update market situation, consumer insights, market trend, hot products
- Coordinate with sales to implement the launch plan of new products
- Define market segmentation, target customers for new products
- Contact Principals for information (both actively and assigned)
- Collaborate with team to work with distribution channels on promotion plan
- Evaluate brand health, brand awareness of the brand (and direct competitors)
Digital marketing
- Create content across digital channels in line with company direction
- Report and perform tasks as assigned by line manager.
- Build up e-commerce site
- Manage website, fanpage & other social media tools
- Work with vendor to perform online marketing to achieve company's goal
- Initiative online activities to create brand awareness in compliance with the brand characteristic
* Trade and Product Marketing
Build up marketing program/campaign for channels
- Analyze sales performance, stock to recommend effective plan
- Evaluate current program, identify what gone well or not so well, solution
- Executive engagement activities to build up relationship with our distributor
- Field survey, market research to build up appropriate program or marketing activities to push sales
Brand marketing
- Coordinate with team and other departments to increase brand awareness and carry out assigned marketing activities.
- Support analysis of marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic...) to shape future marketing strategies. Take on independent tasks in the assigned marketing plan.
- Plan and implement initiatives to reach target customers through channels such as social networks, email, television, etc.
- Contact external suppliers to deploy events, advertising campaigns.
- Support outbound/inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various fields, including content development and optimization, advertising, event planning, etc.
Product Development
- Report and perform tasks as assigned by line manager.
- Coordinate with sales to implement the plan of launching new products
- Looking for suppliers and conduct market research to find new products
- Asking for quotation, recheck transportation terms and build price structure, create route to market and marketing plan.

Requirement:
- Microsoft Office skills
- Presentation, communication and behavior skills
- Withstand high work pressure
- Problem-solving skills
- Education/Degree: Graduated from university or higher.
- Knowledge/Professional experience: Experience working at companies/ corporations. Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of trade and distribution of consumer goods
- Experience: from 03 years in the equivalent position
- Fluent in English.
