Mô tả công việc
Sales:
- Identify and approach existing customers, potential customers to sell Port Agencies services.
- Focus customers including but not limited to trader, shipper, receiver, Vietnamese owner, manufacturer, broker, project logistics companies, who can influence Port Agency nomination;
- Focus cargo including but not limited to bulk cargo including:
Wet cargo: petrol products, chemicals,...
Drybulk: Agribulk, coal, cement, clinker, fertilizer, wood products, iron ore, pig iron, etc...
Breakbulk: steel products, project heavy lift cargo, bagged cargo
- Introduce Ben Line Agencies services in the region to Vietnamese owners, charterers, shippers, receivers and secure appointments for Ben Line Agencies in other countries;
- Build relationship with new customers by joining conference, workshops, events, calling, visiting, inbound business trips and maintain the relationship by supporting market info such as sending line up, port warehouse info, market intelligence;
- Write reports to update, share info to team and group (send sales lead to other countries, follow sales lead from group).
- Regular visit to existing customers by calling, visiting, supporting in market info;
- Secure appointments/ nominations locally, or/ and send sales lead to overseas Marketing reps and commercial teams;
Customer Service:
- Following up to get feedbacks, comments, complaint from customers then report to operations team and Management to improve our services and to deal with complaint.
- Take care VIPs, target customers, regular contact, deliver giveaway, e-cards, gifts (flower, moon-cake, hamper, calendars), ... to customers on special occasions (birthday, open new office, anniversary, mid-autumn, Christmas, new year);
Marketing:
- Do marketing for PAS mainly, and introduce more about brokering, Ben Line Project Logistics, Liners to give more options to customers and sales lead to these team;
- Support leader and commercial team, operations team in building customer service system & weekly marketing plan;
- Do market research, collect information: line up, update port / warehouse info, commodities stats (focus on Agribulk) market intelligence, etc.;
- Spreading Ben Line Brand name in the market. Follow up instruction, sales lead from Head office & and Marketing reps to spread out BLA name and get more market info.;
Yêu cầu
- University Degree (major in Foreign Trade, Maritime & Economics is an advantage);
- Ability to persuade and communicate well;
- Proficient in Microsoft offices.
- Good command in speaking/writing in English/Vietnamese;
- Good communication and patience;
