Job Description:
- Close coordination and cooperation with project members and any relevant parties such as the Client, the Consultant and the Sub-contractors
- Prepare Daily report, Weekly report, Monthly report, Check list, Inspection documents, As built drawings...
- Work independent as a leader of sub-con, setup daily meeting with consultant, owner, sub-con
- Safety management, Quality control, Schedule control, Risk assessment.
- Honestly, quick learning, diligent, problem solving abilities, willing go to site often on northern and southern Viet Nam...
- Prepare method statement, Inspection and test plan, Site schedule for each level for mechanical & piping installation work / fabrication work on workshop
- Inspection and Supervision for mechanical & piping installation work / fabrication work on workshop
- Any other works instructed by Directors and Managers
- Having Supervise Installation certificate. Experience in EPC project.
- Site Management for mechanical & piping installation work / fabrication work on workshop
Yêu cầu
Qualified Candidate:
- Experience in joining Water Plant Projects in North Viet Nam is prefferred.
- Over 5 years experienced at similar position.
- Site Management experience is preferred.
- Appearance: Uncertain.
- Work license: Chứng chỉ nghề giám sát lắp đặt thiết bị hạng 1.2
- Understand the Design and Construction Law of Vietnam, construction process and other related procedures for Design and Construction in Vietnam.
- Familiarization of Vietnamese and International Construction Standard/Code (QCVN, TCVN, TCXDVN, JIS...)
- Knowledge and several years working experience in ZW Cad.
- Willing to go oversea for training and working.
- One who has the experience of supervising work at construction site is preffered.
- Experience in Piping and Mechanical Supervisor, Site Manager.
- Education background: University.
- Gender: Male.
***Other skills:
• Others: REVIT 2015, SAP 2000, Etab (If possible)
• Auto CAD.
• English Communication.
***Other preferred:
- We prefer the person has strong sense of responsibility and have good ability in team work.
