About MIS data Analyst:
Businesses use information systems at all levels of operation to collect, process, and store data. Management aggregates and disseminates this data in the form of information needed to carry out the daily operations of business.
MIS Data Analyst create information systems for data management (i.e., storing, searching, and analysing data). In addition, they manage various information systems to meet the needs of managers.
Management Information Systems (MIS) is the study of people, technology, organizations, and the relationships among them. MIS Data Analysts help Management to give real time information to take decisions.
By working collaboratively with various members of work group, as well as with our customers, MIS Data Analysts can play a key role in areas such as information security, integration, and exchange. and learn to design, implement, and use business information systems in innovative ways to increase the effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Improve Production Performance tracking system and identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Define business analytics requirements clearly and engage in discussions and solutions around them to get them successfully implemented
• Contribute to the growth of the team by suggesting ideas and new practices to improve manual review methodologies.
• Utilize existing tools to acquire data from different sources and produce ad-hoc reports
• Continuously improve the accuracy, content and clarity of management reports related to KPI's and overall operational performance.
• Provide in-depth analytics and insights about our operation with interactive Dashboards
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and derive key metrics
• Manage existing set of databases, data collection systems, and Design and build reports / dashboards (as required) to analyze and monitor the performance.
• Produce reports & analysis to ensure decision-makers receive timely, actionable information.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve reporting systems and provide new insights for actionable items
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's technologies, processes, and teams
• Ensure reports are standardized in both data quality and presentation. And stakeholders are informed of all changes that occur.
Yêu cầu
Hard Skills:
• Experience with factories, operational control, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communicator, both English and Vietnamese.
• 4-5 Years work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in any major, But preferred Computer science &
Information technology.
• Analytical Skills (ability to research, compile, analyse and interpret data).
• Experience in data modelling and dashboard reporting and standardizing data collection system.
• Effective
communication skills written (verbal and presentational), and interpersonal.
• Ability to accept challenges and tackle tricky situations and meet the expected goals.
• Experienced in MS Office Package (Specially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Preferred additionally skills in statistics, reporting and problem solving
