Work with Technical Leader: Discuss to clarify requirements and propose solutions.
Participate in the entire software development process:
Including requirements analysis,
Planning, implementation, code review, testing
Deployment to the system, operation and monitoring.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
Skill Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Odoo Stack Technologies (i.e. Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, PostgreSQL etc.).
Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, including ORM, API, and QWeb.
Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Odoo certification is a plus.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Knowledge of business processes such as accounting, inventory, and sales.
Previous experience working in an ERP implementation team.
