Mô tả công việc
This incumbent works on designing an effective and efficient Pickup and Delivery (PUD) routes for daily operation as well as maintain the strength of network when volume increase
• In charge of allocating Sellers to LEX PUD network & work closely with Management team and OPS system team to enhance system logic for automation route allocation.
• Plan and deploy, integrate new routes into existing network when expanded.
• Give alert and coordinate with Ground team about overloaded routes to plan for resources needed and maintain service quality.
• Tracking performance dashboard for close monitoring, comparing practical operations, having prompt actions for incidents
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with co-workers, and management.
• Other duties as assigned by direct manager.
• Enable strategic planning and optimized customer coverage during high peak seasons such as holidays, promotion campaigns and sale period when there is surge in volume
• Cooperate with Ground team to monitor productivity, service targets for each route and driver.
• Play a role as Route designer by designing PUD routes to develop capability of logistic network.
• Integrate PUD routes into facilities to ensure routes effectiveness.
Yêu cầu
• Self-started mentality, energetic, driven, proactive and hard working.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill.
• Minimum university certificate required for this position.
• Comfortable in interacting with multi levels.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Vietnamese.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Delivery/Transportation/ Logistics, preferred in B2C logistics. Preferably Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
