Objective
To enhance industry perception and handle reputation management
Responsibilities
Monitor company mentions on media, forums, reviews, blogs
Increase media database by building relations with local and regional business and tech media
Establish budgets and assessing KPIs of PR initiatives
Handle and coordinate the distribution, tracking, measurement and results evaluation of PR activities
Write monthly SEO content articles to engage the target audience
Prepare crisis communications kit and reputation management strategy
Prepare stories and data reports that will contribute to the perception of consumer lending industry in Vietnam
Prevent publishing of media materials with dark image of the brand and of the company

Passionate about fintech and business industries
Proven experience in media relations.
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Excellent networking skills
Digital savvy (Google Docs, Google Trends, Meltwater, Slack, Confluence)
You know how to craft a contributing fact-based story.
Good communication both verbal and written in English
Proven experience in PR, media.
Experience in fintech industry will be considered as an advantage
We build long-term relations with the journalists and create practical-value content for them.
Must be a confident communicator and presenter
Proven record of handling complaints cases in local newspapers
You know top market players and follow the main trends in fintech
