Production Engineer is fully responsible for:
Ensuring all machineries and equipment in processes are in good condition, performing at highest efficiency and zero production impact due to equipment breakdown or process problems.
New Products are met with the customer&039;s expectation and commit with the timeline. Ensure that the factory has enough capability to launch the product (preferable if candidate have the experience and knowledge of the new product development)
Coaching and leading the fire fighting team to ensure the factory is safest on fire relevant to. Below are the details:

management:
Build the calibration, MSA for machine anually.
Continue to look for the opportunity to improve the cost by efficient use the type of materials
Design, develop and implement all molds, product drawings according to customer needs.
Choose the most efficient type of materials (in terms of efficiency, cost, quality, etc..) to create and maintain BOM (Bill of Material). Provide the correct BOM for FIN to check and upload the standard cost as required.
Troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues on the production line in a timely manner (tool down issues, machine issues, etc...)
Take care of facility system related to the machine such as: air-conditioner / factory electrical system / pest killer machines / air pressure machine, etc...
In the case of outsource needing, support to seek the qualified suppliers to ensure the project is going on time.
Develop PM programs and procedure for operator to minimize the production loss due to equipment unreliability.
Ensure the maintenance system is aligned and complied with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Create the work instructions, OCAP, OPL, etc. to help the operator to be easily to run the machine.
Evaluate, install, qualify new equipment / tooling and do training to the relevant team.
Ensure the new product development system is aligned and complied with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Continue to look for opportunity to improve the tooling and the machine efficiency (downtime etc...)
In case alternative materials are required, support to calculate BOM and provide the consequence of using alternative BOM.
Release the training section related to the team before launching the new product.
Plan to qualify and destroy the old tooling or over lifespand.
Running the evaluation lot and sample approval with the customer.
Spare part monitoring & management.
New product development (will be trained to ensure the works below can be done, it will be more preferable if the candidates have the experience and knowledge of the new product development)
Working directly with sales team to transfer the new product into the plant from the beginning to the end.
Fire fighting management:
Coaching and leading the fire & fighting team to ensure the factory is safest on fire relevant to.
Process and loss improvement:
Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks if needed.
Develop and maintain Process Control Plan to ensure the process always be stablized.
Identify and implement the process improvement: throughput, yield and product performance goals.
Coordinate with stakeholder to increase machine efficiency (UEE%), process capabilities.
