• General:
Overall management of production department, include the bellow sections : MI ( Manual Insert), SMT, Warehouse, Engineering Control, Production Engineering , Production Control
• Details:
+ Training & coaching subordinates for skill up.
+ Budget, manpower, labor cost control.
+ Made Plan, determine optimal utilization of factory resources & equipment to meet target for production.
+ Control 5S & safety in factory.
+ Coordinate with Kaga group&039;s companies
+ Improvement process for production activity
+ Make and achieve target of production output
• Report:
Report to top management
Yêu cầu
• Knowledge: Understand PCBA, production operation process especially in manual in sert, SMT process.
• Language : Good communication of English
• Experience : At least 5 year employment experience in production management.
• Sex : Male
• Qualification : At least university graduation with major in electronics related field.
• Vietnamese, Age: 38 years old up.
• Skill :
+ Effective communication skill including report writing
+ Logical thinking
+ Good computer skill
+ Good management skill
+ Good problem solving skills
