Tuyển dụng Production Manager/Senior Production Supervisor tại Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu

- Follow up with warehouse and purchasing to make sure all recourse (material, tools and machine) adapt production requirement
- Co-operate with planning, CSD and loading team to delivery finish goods on time
- Draft a timescale for the job and Estimate costs and set quality standards;
- Oversee the production process, draw up production schedules;
- Do training and coaching Foreman/ Team leader in managing and leading team
- Co-operate with Planning, CSD, purchasing and maintenance to meet target of factory plan
- Manage production report, solve problem if have and report to General Manager Plants for production situation
- Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures and ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals;
- Work with maintenance team to maintain all machines and tools working in good condition
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Work with General Manager Plants and head of other department managers to implement the company&039;s policies and goals;
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
- Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations;
- Ensure that production is cost-effective, timely and of good quality;
- Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs;
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
- Respond for production planning and keep up to date with production methods and technology.
- Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure;
- Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development to achieve objectives;
- Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices;
