Assign and instruct the daily tasks to team members to perform better and complete well the assigned job.
Ensure the safety, industrial hygiene, and 5S within the assigned responsibility.
Collaborate with QC, QE, and Eng team members to maintain high-quality products as well as improvement actions.
Control & supervise the production activities of team members on processing lines to have the appropriate actions
Report to supervision level the situation and production activities and results in the shift.
Deploy the production schedule to team members to achieve the highest results: safety, quality, and effectiveness.
Deploy the performance evaluation to employees based on the evaluation system of the company
Planning and organizing the materials, tools & consumables, and manpower to satisfy the production schedule.
Prepare and set up the daily/weekly production schedule for team members based on the weekly & monthly net requirements from the Planning team.
Daily & weekly control the personal efficiency, first-pass yield, material usage variance, scrap rate.
Maintain and deploy the coaching and cross-training to team members to ensure the readiness manpower & skills for production & development
Maintain and improve the personal efficiency, first-pass yield, material usage variance to achieve the highest level.
