Implement on-boarding programs that can be customized based on unique vertical and horizontal needs of clients
Be responsible for on-boarding engagements and technical guidance for clients requesting API integration
Work with regional product team to execute change management effectively and provide periodic reporting on new product releases and fixes to internal stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver client on-boarding and provide product roadmaps and feature improvements related to the on-boarding process.
Assist Head of Tech Ops in project managing in-country API-related product developments with regional team that includes scoping, executing and validating the requirements from clients and internal stakeholders

Experience working with API is required
Ability to learn fast and work in a fast-moving environment with CAN DO attitude
Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder management and verbal and written communication skills
At least 2 years of experience in enterprise consulting or program/product management, enterprise technology implementation or technical project management
Able to communicate in English effectively (TOEIC >700)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or any technical field
