Mô tả công việc
Focus on assigned strategic area to build sales plan:
• Understand assigned area market by surveying and approaching the projects and customers, construction government body, local construction network and dealers and local installers
• Set up sales plan for area: define the right approach and right solution main focus in winning Dry wall
• To promote Company's products and systems, by regularly visiting key strategic customers under assigned authority (based on Company guidelines and customer classification)
Influent and convince important customers/projects as well as senior level customers in target areas.
• Establish and build strong relationship with key customers, business partners at senior level to win more projects and defence market share, key customers from competitors also consult them to use Dry wall, Habito, VA boards....
• Maintain the closet relationship with VIGIC installers to secure their loyal and extending the relationship with professional installers that are capable to provide total quality solutions(dry wall, habito...) to customer.
Tailor, offer the right value solutions to key customers to win key projects by all Saint Gobain solutions:
• Consistently applied project selection methodology to align with the appropriate projects and contractors for dry wall penetration.
• Have good technical knowledge and commercial negotiation skills
• Ability to read and understand the detailed performance specification to meet standards or requirements
• Have knowledge the traditional solutions both their strong points and weak points to point out them to customers aim to convert the Saint Gobain value solutions.
• Knowledge of acoustic, fire, structural and finishing theories with ability explain the principles to others
Yêu cầu
• Excellent in speaking and writing in both Vietnamese
• Bachelor and Technical bachelor is a priority
• Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential.
• Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.
• English is not must but it is a priority
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales job, preferably in B2B
• Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are compulsory required.
• Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment.
• Excellent in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences in Vietnamese.
• Good presentation
