Mô tả công việc
MAIN TARGETS
Responsible for the procurement of indirect materials used in production. Position involves planning & execution of the purchasing function to ensure suppliers meet quality, cost & service requirements
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Create Purchase Orders (PO) from SAP
Monitor delivery from suppliers
Sourcing support (purchasing, contract preparation and management, price update on system,...)
Collaborate with requestors to solve problems regard to defects of goods or services or find out an alternative for cost-saving
Support Account Payable in solving invoice discrepancies of prices & quantity delivered (if any)
Additional tasks assigned
Yêu cầu
1.Education background and working experience:
Junior - 01 year or fresh
University graduation with background in Economics, Industrial management, Foreign Trade, Logistics and Supply chain, Technic
Independent working ability
Good knowledge of general purchasing and logistics tools
Skill :
Good english skills in writing and spoken
Know how to use ERP/SAP system is an advantage
English language skills (immediate), computer skills
Have ability to read and understand technical drawings is an advantage
Others:
