***WORK LOCATION:
• Washing Machine Factory: Plot G2, Thang Long 2 Industrial Park, Lieu Xa, Yen My, Hung Yen
***JOB DUTIES:
We are looking for a Purchasing Staff who will work at Purchasing Department and be mainly responsible for delivery control tasks with details as following:
• Co-work with PSI team to adjust order quantity or delivery plan if production plan changes
• Control material and parts: check shipping documents, import customs clearance
• Co-work with forwarders for customs procedure
• Co-work with warehouse to get feedback of delivery problem and claim to suppliers.
• Submit customs declaration sheets to Accounting for tax payment
• Control order quantity and delivery plan and negotiate with supplier for best plan to catch up with production plan and minimize inventory.

Yêu cầu
• Good communication in Vietnamese and English. Can speak Japanese is advantageous.
• Having at least one year experience in Purchasing of a manufacturing FDI company
• Be punctual, patient, honest, and can work under pressure.
• Male/ Female; University graduated.
• Can work independently and teamwork as well.
• Solid computer skills, including MS office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
