Tuyển dụng QA/QC Supervisor - QA/QC Staff tại Đồng Nai

· Performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the fabrication process and before delivery.
· Do auditing, maintaining and updating quality procedures, processes, QA/QC standards.
· Leads the development of ITP's (Inspection Test Plans).
· Responsible for production raw material testing and other related testing and ensure testing is in compliance to internationally accepted guidelines.
· Monitor and visually inspect material at receipt and before production.
· Read, interpret drawings and consult sales team and production team.
· Prepare and review QA/QC documentation with client and third party auditors as required.
· Assure compliance with Industry Standards/Codes as needed.
· Advising the site subcontractors of welding and testing requirements
· Coordinate Third Party NDT inspection and maintain weld maps and weld map data sheets.
· Provide site quality instructions to sub-contractors when required.
· To implement preventive measure and corrective action for non-conforming products (NCR)
· Review and approve subcontractor Quality Control Plans such as welding procedure specifications, procedures qualification records, welder performance qualifications, and welder continuity logs.
