Job Description:
Main taks:
Remind project members according to progress table for Documents and Drawings.
Arrangement of soft copies of Documents and Drawings in cloud system.
Making soft copies and hard copies of Documents and Drawings.
Monitor the progress of Documents and Drawings according to the process table.
Support any administration works (if any).
File and store Documents and Drawings by both soft and hard copy.
Support project members in Documents and Drawings issues (if any).
Mutual cooperation, communication and support for documentation works with KESV HN and KESV HCM office.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirement:
- Gender: Female
- Other skills: English Communication.
- Education background: College, University
- Working experience: From 1 to 5 years
- Age: 22-30 years old.
Others preferred:
- A person who has experienced in any support of documentation works in engineering/construction company is preferable.
- Well-experienced person in MS word/excel is preferable in order to prepare nice-looking documents.
