Personnel training
Participate in the process quality control of pre-production and trial production
Conduct knowledge/skills training and assessment of trainees in accordance with the training plan to enhance the necessary skills/knowledge of trainees
Conduct quality awareness training for quality personnel of subordinates on an irregular basis to improve quality professional quality of quality personnel
Process Quality Control
Conduct inspection of production operations, propose improvement of abnormal findings and verify
Receive and ensure that the inspection standards used on site are valid and used correctly
Conduct 100% inspection of the products in each section according to the standards to ensure the final delivery quality
Make corresponding inspection records, including MES, and make corresponding status identification
Exception handling
Fill in and issue NCR and inform the responsible person to improve the abnormality
Conduct preliminary evaluation and analysis of exceptions, make judgment and treatment for products, and pass the examination and judgment of MRB if necessary
Conduct inspection of production operations, propose improvement of abnormal findings and verify improvement measures to ensure effective operation of production in accordance with standard requirements
Inspection/inspection of products and processes in accordance with standards to detect and feedback quality abnormalities
Conduct daily judgment and review on the bad site of the previous day
Verify the implementation status and effect of the improvement measures
Inspection and maintenance of measuring tools to ensure the effectiveness of measuring tools
Yêu cầu
Shift working
At least 2 year working experience in the same position
Knowleadge about ISO9001 (IATF 16949)
Basic knowledge of English is preferred
At least 3 years working experience, automotive industry working experience is preferred
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
Computer Microsoft office skills
