Inspect goods to be delivered to ensure that they are in the right quantity and quality.Supervise the loading of such goods into vehicles for delivery
Supervise activities of Telio's workers to ensure that they are hands-on in order to promote hard-work, which is needed for successful deliveries and completion of production tasks to meet clients' demands and deadlines.
Responsible for setting up entire operation processes and framework of Telio
Responsible for Operation's P&L
Keep records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes
Assign different responsibilities to workers to fasten the job and promote specialization and accountability.
Give vivid directions and guidelines to shipping agents about nature of goods and delivery locations, and maintain communication with them to ensure that goods are not damaged on transit
Responsible for new warehouse opening and participating in opening new business area project
Yêu cầu
Excellent human relations skills to be able to work effectively with all members of the logistics team, getting them to perform optimally
Strong knowledge of logistics management for efficient service delivery
At least 5 years of experience working on similar positions
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Organization skills that able to plan and organize for efficient delivery of goods
