Professional accountabilities:
To follow up with the shipping lines to ensure the arrival information are correct.
To ensure the accuracy of cost charged by shipping lines/vendors.
To follow up with overseas offices to ensure that the proper documents have been received on time.
To ensure VAT invoice to be issued on ATA or 01 working day after the delivery date for DAP/ DDP term.
To ensure all documents of the shipment to be uploaded in Logwin
To ensure "Arrival Notice" và "Delivery Order (D/O)" to be sent to the consignee in time.
To build close relationships with customers.
To ensure "job costing" in due time and accuracy.
To ensure 100% KPI of customers to be achieved.
Additional accountabilities:
To have a clear focus on Company's profitability.
To closely focus on the achievement of targets (KPI's) as set by the company (continuous improvement).
To inform the superior immediately in case of problems, concerns, or any potential risks.
To handle all claims (first steps of the claim process) as per the company claim procedure/guideline.
To be always in compliance with the company rules and regulations.
To establish and maintain close cooperation with local and overseas colleagues and partners.
