Mô tả công việc
The Branding Associate works on growing Lazada's social media platforms, conceptualizing and executing custom content across various social media platforms, and working with branding team to create innovative and best-in-class content.
The Branding Associate will leverage various social channels to drive the awareness, engagement to deliver campaign & brand messages.
Key tasks and main responsibilities:
• Propose, follow-up and execute sponsorship and creative branding activities to maximize brand exposure;
• Analyzing social media metrics with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement.
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to constantly improve social media performances;
• Work closely with external stakeholders from brands to promote co-branding activities across platforms;
• Develop organic marketing plans to build product awareness, ranging from content hub, community development & sustainment and other organic channels;
• Other tasks assigned by the team leader.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across Marketing teams, cross-functional teams, and agency partners;
• Management of marketing budgets within agreed allocation and align with approved advertising activities.
• Produce content plans for social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok;
• Report and analysis weekly for management 's review;
• Coordinate and liaise with Marketing, PR teams, managing media partners and agencies for communications brief, execution and report process;
• Conceptualize and launch strategic branding plan for Lazada Social platforms to meet branding objectives closely related to business needs;
Yêu cầu
• Good at presenting & story telling on both Vietnamese & English.
• RMIT bachelor is a plus
• Be familiar with e-commerce
• A quick thinker and excellent problem solver;
• Ability to meet goals and deadlines under pressure while multitasking in a fast-paced environment;
• A self-motivated, detailed-oriented and eager-to-learn team player;
• From 3-5 years of working experience and above;
• Ability to coordinate effectively among different departments;
• An active Internet user using social networks on a regular basis;
• Preferably in Marketing, Communications, with financial services industry background, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience of branding, social and community activities
• Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with teams from across the region.
