Mô tả công việc
Regularly engage with Risk to ensure that there are appropriate policy covers, tests etc. to provide the right risk reward framework for the new processes.
Implement all the process changes needed to roll out of new features / enhancement of existing product features. Initiate ongoing review of current processes to improve them, implement corrective actions, fixing system error/ issue related to processes, products, merchant acquiring & channels including the digital channels et al.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Work with Cards IT and Card OPS to conduct various UATs for all the new processes and ensure that linkages to all the systems like CMS, V-tiger, PEGA etc. are factored in for any new process roll out. Also be the SPOC for UAT of all digital channels including mobile app.
Continuously review TAT of launching new product for improvement, assist Manager to cooperate with other departments for new process deployment and management as well as monitoring it on an ongoing basis for continuous improvement.
As and when needed, support to coordinate with external vendors like First Data, MK Smart, schemes like VISA, JCB, MasterCard for all the linked activities for a new process deployment.

Education:
Graduate or post graduate in Business with a strong track record of at least 5-7years in Card/ Payment roles preferably with a certification in project management. Should have very good knowledge about card management systems like Vision PLUS, Tsys, CTL Prime and switches like Base 24 etc.
Specialized knowledge of payments and cards business and each of its linked processes, have an in-depth understanding of card business metrices, operational controls, credit risk behavior and should have experience in working with cross functional teams.
Experience
Strong business acumen, a keen learner, highly skilled in relationship management.
Other requirements
Skills
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in cards and payment industry. Prior experience in managing Cards Ops, Cards IT will be ideal. Prior experience in large MNC banks such as Citibank, HSBC, Standard Chartered, ANZ etc or in large local banks such as Sacombank, Vietcom Bank etc is very highly preferred.
