Location:
YCH Binh Duong, Thuan An (gần trạm thu phí Cầu Ông Bố)
Contact the transportation and come up with the suitable solution
Maintain and develop relationships with customers (Vendor Transportion, Supplier, Clients)
Send a booking to Customers
Explain to customers about forwarding/logistics/custom clearance process and solutions to solve problems (if any);
Daily the progress report via email to the line manager
Contact transport units to plan delivery
Receive information about complaints or reflections from the customers
Understand customers' needs and coordinate to fulfill their needs.
Monitor feedback and inform the customers if there are any changes.
Yêu cầu
At least 2-3 years of experience in the same position with knowledge and practice.
Good communication with customers
Bachelor's/College&039;s Degree in a business field such as Import-Export, Logistics, Economics, Foreign Economics, Foreign Trade...
Active, can work independently, work in a group
Good at English (speaking, writing)
Good computer skills (word, excel, internet, email)
