Mô tả công việc
· You elaborate design strategies.
· You take care of the interface with the other disciplines within the project team. (civil, piping, process, ...)
· You will design; electrical low voltage, instrumentation and automation installations
· You are responsible for engineering and design work for electrical / instrumentation of industrial projects in the petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry (basic and detail engineering).
· You will work together with the lead E&I engineer of the project.
· You manage also other E&I designers and draftsman in the detailed design of control circuits, e.g. loop schematics, motor controllers, etc.
Yêu cầu
· Experienced Designer with experience in industrial electrical and instrumentation, particularly in the petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.
· Detail design specifically:
° Creation of E&I installation blockdiagrams
° Preparing consumer and motor lists
° Reading and understand P&IDs
° Preparing Instrument and I/O lists
° Reading of Instrument and valve datasheets
° Detailed desgin and drawing work with preparing of all related documents (panel layouts, terminal strips, PLC wiring diagrams, material lists, cable lists, ...) for:
- Instrumentation and automation panels
- MCC and electrical low voltage panels
° Design and drawing of field layouts (lighting, sockets, earthing, cable trays, MCC rooms footprints, ...)
° PLC/DCS and marshalling hardware panel design with terminal strips and complete material lists
° ATEX Exi calculations
° 3D design for cable trays and panel locations
· You have knowledge of relevant legislation (AREI, ATEX, SIL, PED, etc).
· Good knowledge of English is a necessity.
° Knowledge of design cf. Performance Level (PL) for emergency stops
° Design and drawing of automation PLC network architecture; Profibus and Profinet
° Cable lists and cable calculations with CANECO
° Hardware motor and instrument loop design
° Preparing and composing of complete project files with all lists and drawings
· You enjoy working in a team on projects in various industrial sectors
° Design of instrument and instrument air hook-ups with material lists
° Knowledge of design cf. Safety Integrity Levels (SIL)
° Execution of As Built works with modification of all related documents
° Specification of electrical switchboard equipment and preparing material lists. (circuit breakers, relays, terminals, ...)
· Software:
° Good knowledge of Autocad is necessary
° Design software knowledge:
- Elecdes
- SPI
- E-plan
