Mô tả công việc
● Independently lead projects, mentor junior teammates, and review junior designers' work to ensure quality and brand fit.
● Support training & sharing knowledge with all members of the team.
● Designing graphic content/illustrations and infographics as well as managing graphic design from conceptual to delivery
● Interact with the client and account management to gain a total understanding of the client's business strategy and the market in which it is competing
● Work with the creative team / Planning Team to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the Brand/ Product, helming a creative audit to elevate our innovation.
● Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials
● Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
● Think conceptually and solve business problems presented by the client.
● Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required. Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control.
● Outsourcing quality control to meet team standards.
● Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget.
Yêu cầu
● Management (Plan-do-check-act) principles & leadership (role model of company's core values, involved others in team decisions & actions, support team achieve goals)
● Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production (Video Editing/ 2D Animation)
● 2+ years as a professional graphic designer and experiences in Agency, Adnetwork. (Prefer)
● Communication and marketing, especially digital marketing to define actions, tools and knowhow for the services line of RedCarpet Agency Communications
● Proficiency in English (intermediate) & Vietnamese
● Market trend, needs and company competitive advantages
● Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
● Bachelor's degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
