Mô tả công việc
Merchant management:
- Developing aggressive retention strategies based on merchant's feedback.
- Support Merchant business with operational initiatives.
- Troubleshoot issues that affect Merchant business.
- Support Merchant to on-board in Baemin.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants
Category Management:
- Analyze, report performance, and suggest improving actions.
- Research competitors and suggest appropriate ideas
- Collaborate with the other divisions
- Plan and implement development strategies for product categories
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

***Qualifications:
- Effective communication.

- Persuasive, teamwork, empathy, patience
- 1+ year of experience in a Sales/Account at Ecommerce or related industries
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Bachelor or college's degree in business management, business administration or a relevant field
