Mô tả công việc
1 Planning, forecasting and budget control
• Coordinate with departments to develop sales & expense plans and forecast to ensure proper analysis and clear assumptions
• Monitor budget performance control to provide proper feedbacks and actions. Identify opportunities and area to improve efficiency and recommend these to management
2 Finance partnership & decision support
• Track implementation against KPIs of key projects, flag issues and recommend actions as appropriate
• Understand and actively support partner departments in budget management and spending efficiency. Proactively recommend improvement opportunities to business partners.
• Review to make sure Project Appraisal Requests are comprehensive, thought-through, and clearly presented. Coordinate the approval process with higher management and Regional Office
3 Management reporting
• Prepare and consolidate Business Performance reports (EMT decd, KPI reports, etc). Make sure the packs and in good quality.
Yêu cầu
Education:
- ACCA/CPA or pursuing ACCA/CPA is a plus
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting/ Finance or Economics major
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, Life Insurance industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
Skills:
- Experience in using systems, e.g. Sun, SAP, is an asset
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- Professionally curious, analytical thinking & problem solving skills
- Good communication & interpersonal (in bilingual Vietnamese & English)
