Position Objective:
- To work collaboratively with business functions on specific short and long-term proposition innovation projects, as delegated by line manager to ensure alignment and implementation of Compelling Proposition strategy and move forward effectively, on-time and deliver business outcome.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Science-backed Strategic Framework Activation (50%)
- Comprehend Group's strategic framework and localize the content for activation
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, managers, functional/ cross-functional teams, and external vendors and contractors
- Ensure quality of proof points calibration activation, providing adequate updates on current project health status, while identifying, assessing and planning mitigation and recovery actions
- Manage and drive the success of proposition delivery by establishing a strong control of all dependencies
Proposition Strategy development and execution planning (50%)
- Develop a deep understanding of customer-insights, their needs and preference, dynamic sentiments and trends, to add value to feasibility study and co-develop preliminary revenue and operating models
- Develop, propose and deliver internal and external thought leadership presentations, papers and engagement sessions
- Act as an in-house business consultant and provide senior management team with knowledge of customer insights and strategic proposition.
- Facilitate the planning of Proposition Strategy including defining the roadmap, suitable governance & target operating model structure, required resources and expertise
- Ensure the strategic initiative is well-managed and deliver the expected strategic outcome.
