Mô tả công việc
We are currently looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Integration Junior Consultant with passion for technology and HR to help our clients unlock the potential of their employees and build world class HR processes and practices through the deployment of SAP SF software.
You will bring your proven SAP SF integration experience and HR knowledge to actively lead projects and guide clients through requirements gathering and contribute to business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, change management, quality assurance, risk management and user enablement. Though collaboration and effective project delivery you will ensure clients extract the full value from the SuccessFactors solution.
This is a rapidly changing environment, so we are looking for a team that want to embrace the evolution of HR as we develop dynamic technology to support Business and HR best practices.
Scope & Responsibilities:
• Participate in discussions with customers to accurately document business processes and requirements
• Document technical specifications and test results
• Passionate and self-motivated to learn and keen to constantly improve and develop skills to stay current with and investigate technology trends
• Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, and enhance integration solutions for SAP/SuccessFactors
• Perform unit testing, participate in integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
• Participate in completing project deliverables on time and as per expected quality standards
Yêu cầu
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experienced in designing and building integrations with SuccessFactors required
• Experience in SAP Integration Center / Intelligent Service / ABAP is a plus
• Experienced in designing and building integrations for HR processes and systems
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese language
• Must have minimum of 1 - 2 years certified in experience in SuccessFactors integration
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and challenge business practices
• Familiar with SuccessFactors API (SFAPI/OData), SFTP, SOAP, REST, HTTP, JDBC, IDOC
• At least a university degree in IT preferably
• You have a forward-thinking and agile mindset
