Implement recruitment requirement
Approaching, exchanging, and screening suitable candidates
Arranging and organizing test/interview rounds with candidates
Negotiating job offers and supporting candidates&039; onboarding process
Participating in recruitment planning, controlling staffing of the department/ team
Collaborating with Hiring Manager to clarify recruitment requirements after receiving assigned jobs
Searching and filtering candidates through channels and search engines
Build a recruitment brand
Organizing candidate generation programs
Developing and managing the Company&039;s recruitment communication channels
Developing fan page, communicating cultural activities, events, recruitment news of the Company
Perform duties as requested by Manager.
Yêu cầu
Able to PR image and company benefits
Ability to convince candidates, consulting experience is a plus
Good communication, easy-to-listen voice, agile, hard-working, patient
Basic English reading and writing (write JD/ job posting in English)
Ability to plan, coordinate and execute the plan effectively.
Office computer skills
From 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
