Position: Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) / Agile Project Manager - Japan
Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo (Candidates must already reside in Japan)
Working: Hybird/ Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary communication bridge between Japanese and Vietnamese teams.
- Manage projects using Agile/Scrum methodology, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Facilitate daily tasks, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Support business expansion by building long-term trust with global clients.
Requirements
-English: Excellent proficiency (mandatory).
-Japanese: Business-level proficiency (JLPT N2 or equivalent preferred).
-Nationality: Vietnamese candidates welcome.
-Location: Must already be living in Japan.
-Background: Former engineer with strong technical foundation.
-Experience: Proven track record as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
-Age Range: 3040s preferred.
Salary Range: 4.000.000 6.000.000 annually (depending on skills and experience)
