Vietnam Investments Group (VIG) is looking for
Business Development Executive/Associate to join the Strategy Team at our Portfolio company - Vietnam Food (VNF) with activities related to Business Development (major focus), Strategy, and
Project Management.
VNF is currently the pioneer and also the leader in Vietnam in valorizing the shrimp by-products into value-added products for humans, animals, plants and different industries. With that, VNF is contributing to the circular economy vision and enabling the sustainable development of the shrimp industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION:
With this position, you will be assigned to VNF's Strategy department, consisting of 4-6 people. Typical tasks include:
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies, activities, and documents
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and coordinate new businesses, product positioning, proposals, and presentations.
- Other ad-hoc tasks by requests (e.g., internal sharing & training, data processing & report, pitching, etc.)
- Market Intelligence: Update market trends/changes, and scan relevant industries & stakeholders to identify potential collaboration opportunities.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years of relevant experiences
- Bachelor/ master's degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities with majors in Business, Agriculture, Food, Biotechnology (VNF's related businesses)
SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
- Hard skills:
+ Preferably with strong Strategy/ Project Coordination/ Business Development/ Sales/ Consultancy background
+ Fluency in
English speaking and writing is a must
- Soft skills:
+ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
+ Logical/critical thinking & Problem-solving skill
- Attitude:
+ Ability to multitask & work under pressure
+ Ability to teamwork with high responsibility and adaptability
