Mô tả công việc
Job description
1) Review and advise the contract with the clients/general contractors, sub-contractors.
2) Making the estimation, BOQ, quotation for interior quotations.
3) Analyzing and reporting the projects cost to the PM and BoD
4) Following up the progress of orders with sub-contractors/suppliers to ensure the project schedule going on-time.
5) Giving new ideas to cut-down the cost and expenses
6) Other tasks assigned by manager and BoD
Yêu cầu
Job requirement
1) Age: 25-28 years old.
2) Experienced in interior construction, no matter what positions been in the past (supervisor, QS...) Over 01 year experience preferred.
3) Be good at team working and reporting.
4) Not tentive to blame the mistakes. Problem resolving oriented when troubles happening.
5) Prefer the candidates who is cleared with career own-orientation and willing to work for long-time.

• Basic salary: 12,000,000 - 19,000,000 VND(negotiable basing on candidate's ability)
