Manage and oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets.
Drive revenue growth through business strategies and cost control.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss (P&L) management.
Ensure consistent service quality and operational standards across all outlets.
Supervise kitchen operations and coordinate closely with the Culinary team.
Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
Ensure full compliance with safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Participate in planning and implementing pre-opening activities (if applicable).
Yêu cầu
High school diploma or higher.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an F&B management position, preferably in a hotel or luxury service environment.
Strong understanding of business strategy, financial management, and F&B operations.
Experience in managing multiple outlets and kitchen operations; pre-opening experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred skills: strategic thinking combined with a hands-on management style.
Ability to optimize operational efficiency, enhance guest satisfaction, multitask, and lead teams across different F&B concepts.
